Three core pillars
One record, three questions parents actually ask
Is my child growing well? Is my child developing as expected? Is my child protected? AVYOMI answers each with the same care.
Growth
Plot weight, height/length, head circumference and BMI on WHO (0–5 years) and IAP (5–18 years) references. Corrected age is used for babies born preterm, so early measurements are read fairly.
Development
Age-banded milestones across movement, language, thinking and social-emotional skills. Mark what you see — achieved, emerging or not yet — without scores or labels.
Vaccination
A timeline built from your child's date of birth and chosen schedule, showing what's been given, what's due next and what needs catching up.
From numbers to understanding
A percentile is not an answer. Context is.
AVYOMI shows the pattern, not just the point: how your child's own line is moving over time, whether today's measurement fits that line, and what is worth mentioning at the next visit. It describes; it never diagnoses.
- Plain-language interpretation next to every chart, written to inform rather than alarm.
- Trend awareness — a steady line at the 15th centile reads very differently from a falling one.
- Clear prompts for when something is genuinely worth a professional's attention.
- Units in metric or imperial, and dates in your local format.
Built around trusted standards
The references behind every chart are named and versioned
AVYOMI does not invent its own norms. Growth uses the WHO Child Growth Standards and IAP charts; vaccination uses published national schedules; milestones follow recognised developmental frameworks. Every dataset is versioned so you can see exactly which edition your child's chart used.
Your child's information belongs to your family
Private by default. Shared only when you choose.
Nobody sees your child's record because they know a name or an ID. Access is explicit: you invite a caregiver with the permissions you decide, or grant a doctor access that you can withdraw at any time. Documents are stored privately and served through short-lived links. Every access change is recorded.
- Row-level access control on every record
- Private document vault with expiring download links
- Audit trail for sharing and clinical edits
For paediatric professionals
Arrive at a consultation with the history already organised: measurement series, milestone responses, immunisation status and parent-uploaded documents — shared by the family, with your access recorded.
For doctorsFor clinics and hospitals
Give every family leaving your care a child-health record they will actually keep using — and a continuity of information between newborn discharge and the follow-up visits that matter.
For clinics & hospitalsStart with one measurement.
Add your child, record what you already know from the last visit, and the picture starts forming from there.
